Shipping policy


Delivery Timeframe
At Naye Purany, we aim to deliver your orders within 3-4 business days of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges
A flat delivery charge of PKR 300 all over Pakistan, regardless of the order size or value. This charge will be added to your total at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

We deliver only within Pakistan. If you have any questions, please contact our support team for assistance

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or the recipient’s unavailability, we will contact you to rearrange the delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated attempts.

Shipping & Parcel Handling Policy
For security and operational reasons, all parcels must be paid for in full before opening. Customers are requested not to open the package before completing payment to the delivery rider or courier representative.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be paid upon receipt.
2. The courier is not authorized to allow parcel inspection prior to payment.
3. In case of any issues with your order, you may contact our support team after receiving the parcel for resolution.
